Senior Electrical Engineering Lead for Construction.
Duties & Requirements:
The position will have oversight responsibility for all activities related to High & Low Voltage, Power Distribution, Industrial Controls & Automation, & Sub Stations. They will have managerial responsibility over our Electrical & Industrial Controls Engineering Staff within the construction organization. They will be responsible for the development, review and verification of outsourced engineering activities, plans, drawings, calculations, etc.
Experience:
15+years. Functional experience as supplier of capital equipment (OEM), shall have lead cross functional engineering teams as a manager, and experience developing and reviewing process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s). They will also have experience with many of the following: Sub Station Design and Operation (230kV, 69kV, 12kV); 12kV Switchgear design installation and operation; 480, 208, 12-0 VAC Power distribution and termination; Industrial Control Systems, SCADA, Wonder Ware; 24 VDC Digital, 0-10VCD and 4-20 mA Analog I/O; Variable Frequency Drives; DC/AC Inverters; NEC, NFPA, Semi Code Compliance; AutoCAD
Education:
BS in Electrical Engineering/PE in Electrical Engineering in State of California.

QA/QC Auditing/Eng Tech
Description:
This position has the responsibilities for:
Periodically line auditing, generating auditing report, issue CAR and follow up action plan to close loop with each departments.
Perform regular testing items for solar module per instructions and generating reports if needed.
Apply SPC tools on the daily jobs and support Quality organizations daily tasks.
Duties & Requirements:
Line auditing, Job perform may be in 7/24 shift rotation.
Support Daily testing and line monitoring.
Generating QA/QC reports.
Job will be initially assigned in Hayward, then will cover manufacturing line in Sacramento.
Experience:
1-3 years of auditing experience in manufacturing line and supplier chain.
Hands on experience in light soaking and other testing tools.
Hands on experience in the areas of in-line measurement tools in semiconductor, flat panel, disk or solar industries.
Basic Knowledge in SPC, 8D and any other SPC tools.
Education:
AA degree in Engineering related field.

Equipment Mover-Rigger ($26/hour)
Description:
Moves, unloads, loads, and installs equipment of all types, sizes and weights. Analyzes proper approved rigging procedures, tools and methods for simple and complex rigging jobs on various complex equipment often in tight confinements. Utilizes safe work practices to protect personnel and equipment.
Duties & Requirements:
Unload equipment from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, various handling equipment.
Determines proper lifting and handling techniques involving proper lifting points and balancing, slings, cables, dollies, jacks etc.
Safe landing and setting of equipment in relationship to facility and adjoining equipment.
Establishment and utilization of industry safe work practices and procedures related to lifting and handling of equipment.
Capable of working in a construction environment including hot, cold and noisy environments. Required to stand, bend, stoop, climb and lift up to 50lbs.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years progressive journeyman experience in moving complex manufacturing equipment in a factory environment, preferably in setup and installation of new machinery. Must show a demonstrated track record of promoting, working and ensuring a safe working environment.
Education:
Forklift certification required. Apprenticeship in rigging or documented training of equal level from an established company, training institution or military preferred.

Facilities Maintenance Manager-Electrical
Description:
Implements and actively supports the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives.
Duties & Requirements:
Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment in supporting company initiatives.
Proactive approach to maintenance is required while utilizing and directing both internal and outsourced resources. Responsible to diagnose facilities related equipment/systems malfunction, determine root cause and initiate immediate and long-term corrections.
Trains, develops, and evaluates employees.
Initiates contact with others outside of work group when required to solve problems.
Works and communicates well with management and internal customers to assure understanding of job scope, constraints, schedules and closure.
Implements and monitors planned maintenance activities, standards and bench marking.
Completes work assignments required within budget, manpower and timing constraints.
Will establish, implement and maintain long-range plans for improvement of maintenance activities and provide technical assistance to the manufacturing department supported.
Must support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost and Environmental goals.
Must be willing to work any assigned shift, work daily, weekend and holiday overtime as required.
Assist in the commissioning of facilities equipment/systems including, but not limited to, Factory Monitoring System, Electrical Distribution Panels (208V, UPS), 12kV Main Switchgear, Transformers (12kV:480V, 12kV:4160), Stand-by Generators, UPS systems, Switches & Breakers.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance procedures, equipment files, and daily round sheets.
Manages the operations and maintenance activities for the Mechanical Systems.
Develops and conducts equipment/system training program for Facilities Department.
Responds to Facilities incidences, generates Facility Notices, Corrective Action Reports, and tracks the progress of such documentation.
Manages Electrical Systems in the development, improvement and implementation of continuous improvement of such systems.
Identifies and proposes value engineering, cost savings projects to optimize controllable and non-controllable expenses.
Coordinates the fit-up of tool installation requirements.
Reviews the capacity and operation of Electrical Systems, develops reports and proposes upgrades as necessary.
Manages and supervises sub-contractors and assigned Facilities Technicians
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years experience.
Experience in supervision/management of multi-trade workforce.
Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and process piping concepts.
Experience in machine, assembly and/or facility areas.
Trained in skills trades area or equivalent technical training.
Education:
Associates Degree minimum. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
